Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one and small group behavior interventions for elementary students as guided by BCBA-supervised plans
• Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to ensure continuity of support
• Assist students with social and adaptive skills to create positive classroom environments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student behavior and progress
