Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RBT certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a behavioral support role
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting students with special needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and outside supervisors
- Detail-oriented and skilled in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will be assigned by your agency
- Deliver individualized behavioral interventions for assigned students as part of their education programs
- Collect and maintain accurate data, documenting student progress and outcomes
- Communicate observations and updates to the supervising BCBA and school team as appropriate
- Support classroom routines, reinforce positive behaviors, and assist with social skill development
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
