School Registered Behavior Technician - Washington (WA)

Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Hourly pay: $27+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral and developmental needs
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Assist in classroom management and promote a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistency in interventions
• Support students in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with school and legal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Experience working with children, particularly in a school or ABA setting, preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient, flexible, and supportive in a dynamic environment
