Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hourly pay: $27+/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral and developmental needs
- Collect and record accurate data on student progress and behavior
- Assist in classroom management and promote a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure consistency in interventions
- Support students in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with school and legal guidelines
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children, particularly in a school or ABA setting, preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain patient, flexible, and supportive in a dynamic environment
