Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Portland, Maine

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RBT certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or clinical settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and documentation
• Flexibility, reliability, and a client-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions as directed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record daily data on behavior and skill acquisition
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all student interactions
• Communicate regularly with teachers, therapists, and families
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and required staff development
