In this dynamic school-based role, you’ll help empower children and adolescents to reach their full potential through evidence-based behavioral interventions and compassionate care.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience supporting children or young adults in school or clinical settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and patience working within educational environments
  • Must pass necessary background checks and meet state/local compliance requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavioral support plans
  • Collect and document accurate data on student behavior and intervention outcomes
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as directed
  • Support the development of students’ social, academic, and life skills through positive reinforcement and structured activities
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure a safe, respectful environment
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
