Licensed Elementary Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Portland, Oregon

What We’re Seeking:

• Current RBT certification in good standing
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Proficiency in providing individualized behavioral interventions in 1:1 settings
• The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Your Day-to-Day Involvement:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support and intervention to students
• Assist educators in implementing student-specific behavior plans
• Collect and record data to track student progress and determine program effectiveness
• Adapt interventions to suit individual students’ needs and learning styles
• Maintain open communication with school professionals and caregivers
• Participate in meetings and contribute insights for student success
