What We’re Seeking:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Proficiency in providing individualized behavioral interventions in 1:1 settings
- The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach
Your Day-to-Day Involvement:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support and intervention to students
- Assist educators in implementing student-specific behavior plans
- Collect and record data to track student progress and determine program effectiveness
- Adapt interventions to suit individual students’ needs and learning styles
- Maintain open communication with school professionals and caregivers
- Participate in meetings and contribute insights for student success
