Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RBT certification and relevant state licensure
- Experience providing direct behavioral support in a school setting, especially at the elementary, middle, or high school level
- Familiarity with 1:1 intervention strategies and data collection
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient, and focused on positive reinforcement techniques
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and demonstrate consistent, ethical practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, individualized 1:1 behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement tailored treatment and behavior plans with fidelity
