Licensed 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician - Portland, OR

Key Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification and active licensure
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions to students on a 1:1 basis, in alignment with behavior support plans
• Collect and document accurate behavioral data to monitor progress and inform strategies
• Implement support and instructional modifications as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school teams
• Participate in team meetings, progress reviews, and IEP development when relevant
• Offer compassionate, steady support that encourages student independence and positive change
• Adhere to all school policies, state regulations, and ethical standards for behavior technicians
