Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Powell, Tennessee

This full-time contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) dedicated to fostering growth and independence for students with disabilities. The role is based in Clinton, TN, and focuses on improving the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD).

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a BCBA or RBT.
• Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting.
• Deep understanding of ABA principles and their application in a school environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, support staff, and families.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate in the development of individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
• Support implementation of strategies that promote inclusion and access to the general education curriculum for students with disabilities.
• Monitor and record student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve LRE goals.
• Train and provide ongoing guidance to educational staff and families on ABA techniques and effective classroom supports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to ensure meaningful, data-driven programming decisions.
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that values student dignity and progression.
