This contract assignment runs through the end of the school year and involves collaborating closely with specialists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans across multiple elementary campuses in a supportive environment. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience working in elementary school settings or with self-contained student populations is highly valued
• Proficiency with behavior plan implementation and data collection/reporting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel and work across 2-3 local elementary campuses as assigned
• Commitment to maintaining a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and group behavioral support services in accordance with each student's individualized behavior plan
• Work alongside a specialist to ensure continuity and fidelity of interventions
• Collect and accurately record behavioral data and observations
• Adapt support strategies as guided by specialists and school teams
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for students at all assigned campuses
• Share insights and updates with school staff and families as directed
• Meet documentation requirements and follow school district procedures
