Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: Full-Time | 32.5 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–2:00 PM
Setting: High School | Special Education Program

A school district near Preston, CT is seeking an RBT to support high school students within a special education program. This full-time opportunity involves individualized student support along with occasional group-based assistance and collaboration with the school team.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule
32.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday
7:30 AM–2:00 PM
High school setting
1:1 student support
Some group setting support
Special education program
Provide behavioral and classroom support
Work alongside teachers and special education staff

Requirements:

Active RBT certification preferred
Previous behavioral or school-based experience preferred
Experience supporting students with special education needs is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable supporting students in individual and group settings
