What You'll Need:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in school environments or with children/adolescents with behavioral or developmental needs
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel within Providence, Central Falls, and surrounding Rhode Island areas

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student progress, behaviors, and program effectiveness
  • Assist in developing and modifying interventions based on student progress and team input
  • Support a positive and inclusive environment for students’ social, emotional, and academic success
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and school protocols
