Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to engage collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families
• Flexible, patient, and adaptable in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as directed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on student behavior and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with classroom staff to integrate behavioral supports
• Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
• Support training initiatives for school staff as needed
• Maintain compliance with all guidelines and confidentiality protocols
