Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Provo, Utah

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or clinical setting
• Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection methods
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans with a high degree of fidelity
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy and behavior modification under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and accurately document data on student behavior and progress
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Communicate progress and concerns with supervising clinicians and educational staff
• Support classroom routines and help facilitate the student’s inclusion in school activities
• Participate in training and professional development sessions as required
