Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement and document behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or other qualified professionals
• Assist students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce behavioral and academic goals
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure continuity of care
