Key Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and practical application in classroom environments

- Organizational skills to manage data collection and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Collect accurate data and document student progress toward established behavioral goals
- Support teachers and school staff in implementing positive behavioral strategies throughout the school day
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute insights to optimize intervention effectiveness
- Assist with maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive classroom climate for all students
- Educate and reinforce positive social skills, communication, and adaptive behaviors
