Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and practical application in classroom environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teachers, therapists, and caregivers
• Organizational skills to manage data collection and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Collect accurate data and document student progress toward established behavioral goals
• Support teachers and school staff in implementing positive behavioral strategies throughout the school day
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute insights to optimize intervention effectiveness
• Assist with maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive classroom climate for all students
• Educate and reinforce positive social skills, communication, and adaptive behaviors
