Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Previous experience working with young children in educational or behavioral support roles
  • Ability to develop rapport and adapt to the unique needs of elementary-aged students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized behavioral support to a kindergarten student following the developed Behavior Intervention Plan
  • Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data accurately during each session
  • Communicate student progress and concerns with the educational team
  • Adjust strategies as needed to promote student growth and success in the learning environment
