Step into a dynamic elementary school environment where your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) can make a real impact on young learners. We are seeking one to two dedicated RBTs for immediate placement in a K-4 setting. You'll primarily support a self-contained classroom, with opportunities to assist in inclusive programs alongside a passionate team of educators and specialists.

This is a contract position ideal for professionals who thrive in a collaborative, student-centered atmosphere. Your day will start bright and early and wrap up mid-afternoon, providing a consistent and manageable schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students and staff
  • Ability to maintain accurate data collection and follow individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group behavior interventions within a self-contained classroom
  • Support inclusion efforts by working alongside general education staff
  • Collect data to measure progress and help refine behavior strategies
  • Foster student independence and social-emotional growth
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
