Licensed 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician in Raeford, NC

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and active license
• Previous experience supporting students in school settings, including elementary, middle, or high school levels
• Ability to provide effective 1:1 behavioral interventions and data collection
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptable and able to work with diverse student populations across different educational stages
• Commitment to professional ethics and maintaining confidentiality at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under supervision of certified behavior analysts
• Monitor, document, and report progress on student goals and behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine intervention plans and share updates
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment where students can thrive academically and socially
• Assist in developing social skills and self-regulation strategies with individual students
• Respond promptly and effectively to behavior crisis situations following school protocols
