  • Ability to follow behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient demeanor
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized in documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct one-on-one behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programs to students
  • Collect data on behavioral targets and progress towards goals
  • Implement intervention strategies and follow detailed treatment protocols
  • Support teachers and staff in understanding and reinforcing behavioral objectives
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desirable behaviors
  • Attend team meetings and provide input on student progress as requested
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of student information
