Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting students through the 2025-2026 academic year. In this full-time, contract position, you'll work with a dynamic Satellite Program serving up to 28 students. Your commitment will help nurture a positive learning environment, making a significant impact on students’ growth and success.

Work hours are 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 5, 2026.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in classrooms during instructional periods and lunchtime
  • Assist teachers with implementing behavior management strategies
  • Foster positive behavioral interventions and maintain a supportive atmosphere
  • Collect and record data on student progress as directed
  • Collaborate with educational staff to ensure continuity of care and targeted support for each student
