Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Repton, Alabama

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active RBT certification required
• Previous experience working with children or students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, encouraging classroom setting
• Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in a self-contained classroom setting
• Implement individualized intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA
• Collect and document accurate data related to student performance and targeted behaviors
• Participate in regular supervision and training meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and team members to support student growth and learning
• Adapt supports and materials to ensure success for each student
