Job Description

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school team in Pasco, WA. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students who require behavioral and academic support in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students.

Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.

Collect and document behavioral data to track student progress.

Assist students with social, emotional, and academic development.

Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff.

Support students with autism and other behavioral or developmental needs.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Experience working with children with behavioral or developmental disabilities preferred.

Strong communication and behavior management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.

Ability to complete required school district background checks.
