Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Genuine passion for helping young learners succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or group ABA therapy to students per customized treatment plans
  • Support classroom teachers and staff in behavior management strategies
  • Collect accurate data and document student progress
  • Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs, classroom staff, and families
  • Adapt interventions as needed to promote student engagement and progress
  • Foster a supportive, safe classroom environment
