Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or school settings
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data to measure student progress
- Provide direct support to students across school settings, including classrooms and specialized programs
- Assist with social skills training and adaptive daily living tasks
- Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians, teachers, and families regarding student progress and needs
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
