Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or school settings
  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
  • Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect and record data to measure student progress
  • Provide direct support to students across school settings, including classrooms and specialized programs
  • Assist with social skills training and adaptive daily living tasks
  • Communicate regularly with supervising clinicians, teachers, and families regarding student progress and needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
