Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Record and maintain detailed documentation of student progress and behavioral data
• Support teachers and team members in managing classroom behavior
• Provide one-on-one or small group reinforcement to help students reach their goals
• Participate in ongoing team meetings to discuss approaches and modify interventions as needed
