Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Communicate regularly with supervisors and clinical support to ensure best practices
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
