Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings
• Strong knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to supporting students with developmental or behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide direct, one-on-one or group behavioral support to students within the school setting
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress and inform ongoing care decisions
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of behavioral goals
• Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to multidisciplinary teams and families
• Encourage and reinforce positive behaviors while providing guidance during challenging moments
