Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience supporting children or adolescents in a school or clinical environment

- Skilled in collecting and recording data related to student progress
- Adaptable, patient, and able to thrive in a dynamic school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral intervention services to students throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff to execute individualized education and behavior plans
- Record precise documentation of student behaviors and responses
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development as needed
- Encourage skill acquisition and promote positive social interaction among students
