Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working in school environments or with children/adolescents preferred
- Familiarity with data collection and ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency
- High level of professionalism and adaptability
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for students
- Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and program progress
- Work under the supervision and guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
- Reinforce targeted skills and support academic, behavioral, and social development
- Assist in crisis prevention and intervention as needed, following established protocols
- Attend team meetings and contribute to developing effective strategies
