Registered Behavior Technician in Roseville, CA

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification
• Experience working in school environments or with children/adolescents preferred
• Familiarity with data collection and ABA principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency
• High level of professionalism and adaptability
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies for students
• Collect and accurately record data on student behaviors and program progress
• Work under the supervision and guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
• Reinforce targeted skills and support academic, behavioral, and social development
• Assist in crisis prevention and intervention as needed, following established protocols
• Attend team meetings and contribute to developing effective strategies
