Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification recognized by the BACB
• Experience working in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising BCBAs

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavior support to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Record accurate data on student behaviors and interventions
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and consultations with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer clear and compassionate communication to students, caregivers, and school personnel
• Support teachers and staff by modeling intervention techniques and fostering a positive learning environment
• Adapt strategies to meet each student’s unique needs and facilitate skill development
• Help foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere within the school community
