Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect and record observational data on student progress and behaviors
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide targeted behavioral supports
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to align strategies for student growth
  • Assist in fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes participation and learning for all students
