This opportunity is located in an intermediate building near Royersford, PA, supporting a 5th-grade student on a 1:1 basis. You’ll play a vital part in helping this student succeed academically and behaviorally through consistent, compassionate support.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Previous experience in school settings or with students facing behavioral challenges preferred.
• Comfortable and confident working with students who may display aggressive behavior.
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and behavioral monitoring throughout the student’s school day.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach to supporting student needs.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral and instructional support to a 5th-grade student new to the building.
