We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician to join a supportive educational team with a local school in the Royersford, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position focuses on providing 1:1 support to a student who is new to the school. With your help, you will be providing a smooth and structured educational experience while helping the student in everyday life.
Position Details:
· Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
· Workdays: Monday-Friday
· Caseload: 1:1
· Start date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support
· Monitor and address any behavioral challenges
· Document behaviors, follow behavior plans, and ensure student progress
· Support student with daily schedule and providing academic and instructional support
· Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students
Qualifications and Experience:
· Experience as a school Registered Behavior Technician
· Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
· Comfortable with potential aggressive behavior

Compensation for this role can be between $22 and $28. Compensation is based on experience and location.
