You'll work one-on-one with a student in a GNETS (Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support) setting, providing targeted interventions and behavioral support designed to foster positive outcomes.

What we’re seeking:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Prior experience in school settings or working with children/adolescents with behavioral needs
  • Strong background in implementing behavior intervention plans and managing aggressive behaviors
  • Familiarity with GNETS or similar therapeutic/alternative education programs preferred
  • High level of patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent 1:1 support to a student with behavioral challenges in a classroom
  • Carry out behavior intervention plans and collect relevant data
  • Collaborate daily with teachers, therapists, and school staff in planning and debriefing
  • Model and reinforce positive behaviors and social skills
  • Address incidents of aggression with calm, appropriate, evidence-based strategies
  • Help maintain a structured, supportive learning environment
