Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct 1:1 ABA therapy and support to students in classroom and school environments
  • Collaborating with teachers and behavior analysts to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supporting students across a variety of ages and grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Assisting in data collection and accurate documentation of student progress
  • Providing guidance and encouraging the development of social skills and independence
  • Maintaining open, professional communication with school staff and families

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
  • Previous experience delivering ABA services in a school, clinic, or home setting, preferably with diverse age groups
  • Ability to establish a supportive, engaging rapport with children and adolescents
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and a variety of classroom environments
  • Professionalism and commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
