High School 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician in Rutland, VT

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
• Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate with other professionals to implement behavior plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students and liaise with staff and families
• Empathetic, patient, and adaptable mindset in working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Experience providing direct, 1:1 behavioral support within an educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions and collect data as directed by supervising BCBA or clinical staff
• Work 1:1 with students to reinforce positive behaviors and manage challenging situations
• Collaborate actively with teachers, counselors, and other educational professionals to maintain consistency in behavior plans
• Track student progress through detailed documentation and regular communication with the instructional team
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in student support
