Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RBT certification and registration in good standing
- Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles
- Comfortable implementing IEP-related interventions and data collection
- Adaptable, patient, and able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and group-based ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA
- Monitor and record student progress by collecting reliable behavior data
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized behavior plans
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through evidence-based interventions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required by the school and licensing standards
