Key Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in school or clinical settings
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
- Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Flexibility, patience, and a passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students during classroom and school activities
- Work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff to carry out behavior plans
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and update intervention strategies as needed
- Support a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, school team members, and families regarding student progress
