Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RBT certification and registration in good standing
  • Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ABA principles
  • Comfortable implementing IEP-related interventions and data collection
  • Adaptable, patient, and able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group-based ABA therapy to students under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Monitor and record student progress by collecting reliable behavior data
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized behavior plans
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through evidence-based interventions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required by the school and licensing standards
