Key Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents, particularly in school or clinical settings
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Flexibility, patience, and a passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students during classroom and school activities
  • Work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and school staff to carry out behavior plans
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student behaviors and progress
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and update intervention strategies as needed
  • Support a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, school team members, and families regarding student progress
