Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Saginaw, MI

• Deliver individualized behavioral support in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, recess, and throughout the school day
• Demonstrate and encourage positive behavioral strategies and coping mechanisms
• Intervene and provide crisis support using calm, effective de-escalation techniques
• Collaborate closely with teachers, behavior specialists, and other staff to promote a cohesive support system
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

To excel in this position, candidates should bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (with some districts requesting college coursework or an associate’s degree)
• Experience engaging with children or youth in schools, childcare, or similar environments preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to stay composed and patient in challenging moments
