Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or at least 2 years of relevant school-based behavior technician experience
  • Ability to support the needs of students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility and a passion for working in diverse educational environments

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of BCBA or related staff
  • Foster positive student interactions and reinforce effective communication skills
  • Document student behavior and monitor progress according to established goals
  • Collaborate with school staff and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings
  • Engage with students in a supportive, nurturing, and respectful manner
