Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school-based setting near Salem, NH, for the 2025/2026 academic year. Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Prior experience working in schools is a must
  • Strong understanding of implementing behavior intervention plans

  • Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA services as outlined in students’ behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress

  • Encourage skill development and track student milestones
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to assessments and planning
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
