Registered Behavior Technician in Salem, NH

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in this engaging school-based role near Salem, NH, you'll offer meaningful, individualized care centered on compassion and personal development. You will start as soon as possible, through a fast onboarding process requiring only brief district Vector training. Work 35–37 hours each week, Monday through Friday, with transit assistance provided between Kingston and Dover, NH, as well as to local internship sites.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience assisting or supporting adolescents, ideally in a school or similar environment
• Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with educational staff
• Professionalism and reliability
• Comfortable with transportation support and accompanying students to off-site locations

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide standby emotional support and guidance to a mild-mannered high school senior throughout her school day
• Accompany and support the student during daily bus rides between high school and Impact Academy in Dover
• Offer light academic guidance, particularly with history coursework, each afternoon
• Attend and support during the student’s Friday internship at a car detailing site—flexibly stepping into general school support roles as needed
