  • Strong communication skills for engaging with students, faculty, and parents
  • Dedication to maintaining student confidentiality and data integrity

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support to students using evidence-based techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavior support plans into the classroom
  • Collect data on student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of interventions and student outcomes
