Key Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Current, active license as applicable
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings is highly desirable
• Strong ability to work 1:1 with students, supporting individualized intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and teaching staff
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention and support to assigned students in a school setting
• Implement and accurately record progress on behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies and evidence-based behavioral practices
• Assist students in developing social, academic, and life skills
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
