Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based contract opportunity. Position Details

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support for students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies developed by the educational team and supervising BCBA.
• Support students in developing positive social, emotional, behavioral, and academic skills.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to ensure student success.
• Assist in creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
• Experience supporting students with significant behavioral challenges is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations.
