Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Salinas, California

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician providing meaningful support to students in a vibrant school-based setting near Salinas, CA. This contract position is set for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year, offering a full-time schedule aligned with the standard school day (35-40 hours per week) and follows the campus bell schedule. The hourly compensation ranges from $30 to $34, determined by your level of experience.

This role offers a variety of caseloads, primarily focused on delivering 1:1 or 2:1 ABA services to elementary school students with unique support needs. Specific assignments will be discussed during your interview, allowing you to find the best fit for your expertise and interests.

We are looking for candidates who bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in school-based ABA programs
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician licensure (inactive status is acceptable, and BCBA supervision is provided)
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families
• Reliable transportation
