What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RBT credential or Paraprofessional experience (school-based pediatric behavioral experience strongly preferred)
  • Flexibility and comfort working on short notice with a range of 1:1 or small group caseloads
  • Confidence supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and behavioral challenges, including elopement prevention, student safety, and toileting assistance
  • Able to travel reliably to assignments and communicate promptly
  • Enjoys adapting to varied classroom settings and student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Step in as needed to support kindergarten through elementary students on a 1:1 basis or within group settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under guidance from school professionals
  • Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment, ensuring student well-being
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Maintain accurate session notes and communication logs
