1:1 Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician in Salinas, CA

You will provide 1:1 behavioral support for students in Kindergarten through Elementary, adapting to the needs of diverse caseloads. Hourly rates are based on your experience, ranging from $24–$27. Positions are assigned based on your availability, with the possibility of full-time hours.

Qualifications/Desired Background:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred
• Previous experience in pediatric behavioral support, especially within a school setting
• Ability to assist with toileting and maintain student safety, including preventing elopement
• Comfortable working with students with ASD, ADHD, and a range of behavioral needs
• Must have reliable transportation and communication
• Comfortable adapting to new environments and working on short notice
• Experience in 1:1 and/or small group settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supportive, compassionate 1:1 or group behavioral interventions as assigned
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to meet individualized student needs
• Assist students with daily routines, including personal care if needed
