In this contract position, you’ll work 35 hours per week with elementary students from transitional kindergarten and kindergarten through fourth grade, focusing on autism classrooms. The district is renowned for retaining high-performing RBTs and offers excellent BCBA supervision provided directly on site. This is an ideal match for someone with experience managing high intensity/magnitude behaviors, and who is passionate about making a lasting impact within a well-established program.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Demonstrated experience working with children exhibiting high-intensity or complex behavioral needs
  • Prior work in school or autism-specific settings is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to commit fully to a long-term assignment
  • Enthusiasm for team-driven environments with direct BCBA supervision

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans crafted by onsite BCBAs
  • Provide individualized support within autism-focused elementary classrooms
