Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting high-magnitude behaviors, ideally in an educational or clinical setting.
- Previous background in autism support, particularly in elementary-age populations.
- Enthusiasm for working within high-needs special education classrooms (Transitional Kindergarten–4th Grade).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork and professional growth.
- Available for a full-time schedule (35 hours per week), starting August 3, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group ABA therapy within classroom settings under BCBA supervision.
- Collect behavioral data and document progress per individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school personnel to support student success.
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity and compassion.
Outstanding RBTs can expect a competitive pay range of $30–33 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
