Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time Autism Classroom Support

Near: Seaside, CA

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to provide behavioral support in a Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten Autism classroom within an elementary school district. The selected candidate will receive ongoing supervision and support from the district BCBA. Join the Soliant Education team to make a meaningful impact and help young learners succeed.

Pay and Benefits:

$30–33 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
Previous experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
School-based or ABA experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and classroom behavioral support to students
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed
Collect behavioral data and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the district BCBA
Promote positive behavior and student engagement throughout the school day

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
