Registered Behavior Technician

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school district in California for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details:

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or designated supervisor
• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, and related service providers
• Support students in developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience working with children in a school or ABA setting preferred
• Ability to pass all required background checks and meet district onboarding requirements
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.80 to $43.80. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
