Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school district in California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with students, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and make a lasting impact through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Position Details:
- Full-time, school-based position
- 2026–2027 school year
- Elementary, middle, or high school caseloads available

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or designated supervisor
- Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students
- Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school psychologists, and related service providers
- Support students in developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a school or ABA setting preferred
- Ability to pass all required background checks and meet district onboarding requirements
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.80 to $43.80. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
