We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Salinas, CA! The ideal candidate has experience working in a school setting and is passionate about supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs.

Requirements

• Must have an active and valid RBT certification.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is required.
• Experience implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, supervisors, and families.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support to students in a school environment.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document behavioral and progress data.
• Support students with communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Promote a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and clinical supervisors.
