Registered Behavior Technician in Salt Lake City, UT

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RBT credential, in good standing
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school or clinical setting
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability in meeting the unique needs of each student
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a passion for making a positive impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students as outlined in individualized behavior plans
• Collect data meticulously and maintain thorough records on student progress and behaviors
• Assist in implementing classroom management and proactive support strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide input during team meetings to discuss student progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Support a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
