Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork
  • Comfortable working with students with varying needs and abilities
  • Must be detail-oriented, professional, and reliable

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and group behavioral interventions as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data to monitor student progress and effectiveness of interventions
  • Provide direct support to students throughout the school day
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and family members
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and agency standards
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Adapt interventions as needed to meet the evolving needs of students
