Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RBT certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Patience, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to supporting students with varying needs
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and collect accurate data

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement direct behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student behavior and progress
• Foster a supportive, respectful environment to encourage positive outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students’ academic and behavioral goals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
• Communicate effectively with families and education staff regarding progress and strategies
