Make a meaningful difference for students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a welcoming school district near San Francisco, CA for the 2025–2026 academic year! This full-time contract position places you at the heart of a satellite program serving up to 28 students. You’ll collaborate directly with classroom teams to foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages student growth and engagement.

Working hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, running through June 5, 2026. There’s one opening available, offering the chance to contribute your expertise to a focused, close-knit program.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience supporting students in a K–12 educational setting preferred
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliability, patience, and a proactive approach to student support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily behavioral support across multiple classrooms in the satellite program
  • Assist with classroom management and help facilitate instructional activities
  • Support students and staff during lunchtime to encourage positive social interactions
  • Collect and record behavioral data under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or school staff
  • Communicate regularly with educators and support staff regarding student progress
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards set by the RBT credential
