Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or within educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct ABA therapy to students in alignment with individualized education programs
• Implement and document behavior intervention plans as developed by supervising Behavior Analysts
• Track and report on students’ progress and behavioral data
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
• Support teachers and staff with behavioral strategies and best practices
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing evaluations of student needs
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and ethical requirements
