Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children or within educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability when managing diverse needs and situations

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to students in alignment with individualized education programs
- Implement and document behavior intervention plans as developed by supervising Behavior Analysts
- Track and report on students’ progress and behavioral data
- Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere within the classroom
- Support teachers and staff with behavioral strategies and best practices
- Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing evaluations of student needs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and ethical requirements
