Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Previous experience working in schools, with children or adolescents highly preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-collection techniques
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow behavior support plans and demonstrate patience in challenging situations
- Possess flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced educational settings
Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one or small-group therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Collect, chart, and analyze student behavior data accurately
- Support students in achieving individualized behavioral goals within classroom settings
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
- Assist with writing and updating documentation as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
