Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within school settings
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record accurate data to track student progress
• Implement behavior support plans, reinforcement systems, and skill-building activities
• Support classroom staff with strategies to address challenging behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for individualized plans
