Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working in schools, with children or adolescents highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-collection techniques
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow behavior support plans and demonstrate patience in challenging situations
  • Possess flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced educational settings

Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one or small-group therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Collect, chart, and analyze student behavior data accurately
  • Support students in achieving individualized behavioral goals within classroom settings
  • Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
  • Assist with writing and updating documentation as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
