School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Location: Sacramento, CA
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Full School Year
• Schedule: Full-Time preferred (Part-Time candidates considered)
• Caseload: K–12 students
• Setting: School-based

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in a school setting
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Assist students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social goals
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and special education teams
• Support classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment
• Follow and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Previous school-based experience (required)
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to obtain/maintain:                                                                                                                                  - Fingerprinting clearance (California compliant)                                                                                              - Background check clearance                                                                                                                            - Excellent communication and teamwork skills                                                                                                - Passion for working with K–12 students

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.80 to $43.80. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
