A school in San Jose, CA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time contract position for the 2025/2026 school year. This opportunity provides the chance to support a Satellite Program with a caseload of up to 28 students, helping facilitate effective behavioral interventions and classroom assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to each classroom during instructional periods and lunch time
  • Implement behavior intervention plans based on individualized student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress and behaviors
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to promote positive student outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
  • Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple students and work within a structured program
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting classroom teams

Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 3:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 5, 2026
Caseload: Satellite Program, up to 28 students
Openings: 1 Full-time Position
