Registered Behavior Technician in San Jose, CA

Make a positive impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic school-based setting near San Jose, CA. Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
• Accurately collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Support teachers and staff in integrating behavior strategies into daily routines
• Contribute to progress meetings and updates on student goals
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school and clinical guidelines
