Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RBT certification required
- Previous experience working with children or students, ideally in a school or pediatric setting
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students, following outlined treatment plans

- Deliver interventions in accordance with ethical standards and district policies
- Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives to maintain certification and enhance skills
- Communicate effectively with supervisory staff to address challenges and share insights
