Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active RBT certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or students, ideally in a school or pediatric setting
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
  • Ability to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptable, patient, and collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students, following outlined treatment plans
  • Collect relevant data and maintain accurate records on student progress and behavioral goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to reinforce positive behavior strategies
  • Deliver interventions in accordance with ethical standards and district policies
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives to maintain certification and enhance skills
  • Communicate effectively with supervisory staff to address challenges and share insights
