This full-time opportunity includes consistent hours from 8:30 am to 3 pm daily, allowing for a balanced routine. Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred
• Strong communication skills and patience
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students across classrooms
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to varied daily routines

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support during instructional times and lunch periods, assisting across classrooms in the Satellite Program
• Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Model and reinforce positive behaviors to promote students’ personal and academic development
• Collect and record accurate data related to student behaviors
• Support classroom teachers and help foster a welcoming, inclusive school environment
