Registered Behavior Technician - Sandy, UT

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data
• Compassionate approach with students and adaptability to meet various needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students as outlined in behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
• Assist in modifying classroom environments to encourage positive behaviors
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation according to protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all ethical guidelines
